Refund policy

A refund request is sent from the contact page with the order number. We reply during working hours.

Before work starts

If you paid for a plan and we have not started design, development, or the domain registration, the amount paid can be returned through the payment method.

After work has started

Once work has started, the amount paid covers what was done. It is not refunded automatically. Anything not agreed for delivery is not charged.

Search improvement is monthly. The care contract is yearly. Stopping renewal is done before the next period. A period that has started stays due.

A domain registration at the registrar is generally not refunded after it completes, because the name is reserved for the client.
