Terms of service

An order on the site is an agreement on the written plan and the price shown at payment.

Price and scope

The amount on the card is what this order asks you to pay. Any tax enabled later in the store appears in the cart before payment.

When a plan starts from an amount, that amount starts the work. If pages, connections, or screens grow, we confirm the difference in writing before continuing it. It is not charged silently.

Start and delivery

Work starts after payment arrives. A visual identity is usually one to two weeks after the direction is approved. A website or store is two to six weeks, depending on pages and connections. An app or custom system is estimated after the scope is fixed, and delivered in stages you can try.

After the work is finished and payment is settled, you receive the source files and the open design files. Third-party libraries stay under their own licenses. For plans that start at 9,000 SAR, you can ask before payment to split the amount into two equal parts: the first starts the work, and the second is invoiced before the files are delivered.

Delivery is remote, in Arabic and English. Reply hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00 Arabia Standard Time. The base price is in SAR, and it can be shown in USD before a plan is added to the cart. The amount and currency in the cart are what the order asks you to pay.
